AWS is reporting that it is now fully operational and all service issues have been resolved. GiveSignup impacted services are fully operational as well.
Note that PageView data accuracy may have been impacted during the incident period for RaceInsight Analytics and TicketInsight Analytics services. Email attribution data may also have been impacted during the incident period.

AWS US-East-1 (the infrastructure GiveSignup is primarily hosted on) is having technical difficulties this afternoon starting at 2:50 PM Eastern Time. AWS is reporting 4 services with major issues. GiveSignup relies on a few of those services including API Gateway and Lambdas. GiveSignup critical services are still operational and transactions are not impacted. We have processed $1,402,861.91 so far today and over $50,000 in the past 40 minutes since the service outage began. You can always check our service on our Real-Time Map.
You may experience issues with supporting GiveSignup services as noted:
Photos
Some photos when you click on them will not display and you can not download them. This will impact viewing a photo that has never been viewed. GiveSignup is deploying a patch to work around the issue. Photos will correct itself when this incident concludes.
Photo upload is completely unavailable.
Email V2 Template thumbnails are not operating correctly and may not display.
Email attributions sent out during this incident will not have the attribution code and thus will impact email tracking analytics. Email will still be delivered.
Website Analytics
Page view analytic data during this incident will not be counted correctly.
Registration and Transaction analytic data will be delayed during this incident, but will auto-correct itself once the incident concludes.
