We’ve extended GiveSignup’s Prebuilt Email Template library with new categories and templates to choose from. In addition, we added a new prebuilt templates page so that you can browse and create emails from the library.
There are 5 categories for GiveSignup Prebuilt Emails: Marketing, Pre-Race, Post-Race, Donations & Fundraising, and Generic Templates. The first four categories contain Prebuilt Emails with text, placeholders, and images. You can easily edit to make them your own! Generic Templates contain different layout options so that you can add your own text and images to beautifully designed layouts – perfect for newsletters, announcements, and more!
To use Prebuilt Emails, go to Email V2 >> Send Email. Click the Prebuilt Email tab, choose an email from the library, then click Next to customize. Alternatively, navigate to Email V2 >> Templates >> Prebuilt Emails and choose from the library.
Prebuilt Emails are another way GiveSignup’s free Email Marketing delivers the power of Mailchimp/Constant Contact – but purpose-built for events. We will continue to add more Prebuilt Emails to the library. In addition to expanding the Prebuilt Email library, we will be adding a few more features to Prebuilt Emails:
- Adding to Automated Emails so that you can choose from a library of Prebuilt Emails for Price Increase, Incomplete Registration, and Registration Follow-Up (Referral, Fundraising, Cross promote other events, etc.)
- Search bar to quickly find the Prebuilt Email relevant to your event.
- We will make event replacement tags generic and not dependent on a recipient list.
